How about Merv? He's relatively modern...

I am sorry - but I have to comment on this.

Its Oct 23... Christmas is 2 months away. I understand those that have international SS sending there parcels of now... but why would someone in the US send to another member in the US knowing it would get there in days? I am sorry, I just dont understand.

To my SS - I personally hope that I dont get mine until close to christmas - its more fun that way, waiting and guessing and such (although I will complain that its taking too long at the time
)

Well, maybe. Can I follow it with a Lindt milk chocolate truffle?
Definitly! I haven't got around to trying them yet - I don't want to buy a whole packet and then not enjoy them and have to throw them out! eek

Someone take note of this - when it is December 24th and her gnome hasn't arrived yet, we can all refer back to this!!!

Wow, I really am in a
mood today, aren't I?

Scents and pictures are such personal tastes, it's hard to get it right. Picture frames are a good one, as I dont think you can ever have enough.

Or chocolates or biscuits in fancy containers always go down well.

Personally I'm not even thinking about Christmas for another month.

Well, for the information of my SS recipient -- I have the beginnings of your parcel, but most of it is still to be acquired
, though I do know what I want it to be
and I'm waiting as long as I dare to send it.
(Hmmm...must see about adding a gnome to the mix
)

And for whoever has my name -- I see lots of reference to chocolate -- dark, please!
