OK, one of the main reasons I'm typing this is to put off writing my paper
, but... I moved to a new apartment last week. Maisey is adjusting well, but she likes to run up and down the stairs at night and get into things. She also did this at my old home, but she somehow was able to settle it down after awhile. I don't know what made her change.
I'm not sure if it's just an exploratory period - I don't mind if she's up at night, but she causes a racket! She likes to jump on the oven full force. I don't want to keep my neighbor up. I will yell or spray her with water, which sometimes works. Last night she was pretty good and only jumped on my bed once. I'm not sure what was different about last night - maybe she's just adjusted more? I try not to feed her too close to bedtime. If I notice she's sleeping a lot during the day (on the days I'm not in school), I'll feed her treats to keep her up so she'll sleep at night. What else can I do?
