I was wondering exactly the same thing as AbbysMom. It's still green over here too, it was t-shirt warm just two days ago.

our trees are pretty boring they are green at the moment,in a couple of weeks they just go bald no prettys in between

I am also anxious for fall...cooler weather and pretty leaves....
We are still sweating our butts off in Appalachia...it was 90 yesterday!!

Autumn is my favorite season with the colorful foliage and cool crisp air. Invigorating after a hot and humid summer! Perfect time of year for long walks through the park. And PUMPKINS! And curling up with a lap blanket, a hot drink, and a good book. Oh, and the cats of course!

I wish it looked and felt like fall down south. We had a heat index of 105 yesterday!!!!!!!
It's so miserable here that I only go outside when I can't avoid it! Maybe I jsut need to pack up and move near you - that would get me away from all of these hurricanes as well!
