Ok so I was wondering if someone can help me out here!!

I went home this weekend to see my family, I was home from Friday night til Monday morning. John stayed at home, and this was the longest time we have been apart since we have been dating. So Friday night while I was at my parents, I went to bed and I started to feel really sad about something and I just started crying...this has happened every night since Friday. I figured maybe I just missed him (cuz I did!) but then last night we got into bed and I was watching TV and I started crying again, and everytime I would stop...I would all of a sudden start crying again! I just feel really like....blah. Just not like my normal self really. I'm usually a really happy person but for some reason...I just don't feel that way anymore...

I just don't know why I keep crying....has anyone else just ever had this happen to them? I can't find any explaination to why I feel this way. My life is great, I'm not unhappy about anything (that I can really think of!) I just thought that maybe someone can help me out here....I don't want to cry anymore!! Especially when I don't really have anything to cry over

Any help would be much appreciated!

Yes...but its so weird b/c I am NEVER like this when its around that time...thats why I'm so concerned. None of my symptoms have showed that I usually get. I'm never sad like this...I went to the DR yesterday for my yearly (oh thats fun you know!) and that went horrible so I was really upset about that...lets just say that it was not pleasant at all and my dr was not so nice about it

Awww, sweetie. Can you find a different doctor? I know I recently changed to a female. My male doctor was just not being as empathetic as I felt he should be to my needs. His answer seemed to be a pill here, a pill there, another pill, etc. My first appt with the new doc is Oct. 20th, and the nurse told me to expect to spend at least TWO hours there. This gal must be thorough, huh? lol

If you continue to have these crying jags and they really worry you, find a doctor that you trust and feel will listen. It makes a huge difference. Good luck to you.

Oh my, 2 hours!? I was in the office for a good 10 min, if even, with the DR. I really didnt like my dr I went to yesterday, the one I usually go to was booked and this was the only time I was gonna be home to get to see someone. It was very, very painful, which is odd cuz for me it usually is never like that....oh the joys of being a woman...

I was talking to my friend here the other day and she told me, "oh, maybe you are pregnant" (from my crying spirts) I was like oh great, thats all that I need...being 21 and unmarried and pregnant...that made me cry again!

That was my first thought, too, I get weepy when pregnant. Not sad, just cry over anything. But I think a doc would know if he did a pelvic! Maybe get a kit just in case?

My neighbour is the same way at the moment and she's 7 weeks pregnant.

She's weepy and so insecure because of her hormones

It sounds like it could be hormonal, but its also possible you could just be a little down in the dumps due to the fact that the world currently seems to be coming apart at the seams! I know that being bombarded with all the horrible images of suffering from hurricane katrina has made me feel pretty sad, just the other nite I saw footage of pets being rescued and just cried and cried for like 45 minutes--but felt much better once I was done. After that I told myself that I just wouldn't let myself watch the news for awhile, sometimes its just too much!
Hang in there, and don't be afraid to go see a counselor or psychologist if you don't find yourself perking up sometime soon.
