He could hardly breath this morning so we took him into the vet and they gave him some o2 treatment, and some iv fluids just to be safe. hes not wanting to eat much, and hes pretty listless. Its graduated to Pneumonia. They brought out one of the big gun meds, so Ares really needs your vibes to not only feel better but to not have a reaction to this medication so he CAN feel better, poor little guy. He just flops wherever i put him right now, and just wants to sleep. We have some baby food and will be feeding him that to make sure hes eating.

Thanks guys! He scared me so much. He didnt even put up a fuss over anything about going to the vet i had him wrapped in a blanket instead of in his carrier. no fuss at all. he did fuss when a bit when i gave him his medication so thats good. He does not have a fever, and its not to low either. and everything is still coming out of his nose and eyes like a faucet..so at least its coming out.

I am so sorry it progressed. I am curious, forgive me, which big gun med are they trying with him? I am saying a prayer that this will work, and this oh so handsome boy begins to recover quickly.

Thank you all! He has me very worried. So far no bad reaction to the medication. and he LOVES the chicken baby food. Yummy Yummy! The vet tech that helped this morning just called, and asked how he was. and she also asked if i would give her a call through out the day to let her know how he was......Silly boy he stole her heart in one visit
than she asked if..we were neutering him. i said no that he was our stud, and hes supposed to show in a month but if hes not 100% i wont force him entry fee or not. And she liked that and asked if she could be on my waiting list...for a little boy, like him. Tehehe....even sick with goobie eyes he wins them over!

I have to double check the lable. I belive it was the one you mentioned. cause i brought my list with me, lol. the one more commonly used on people. I am soo tired right now I could be wrong. But I would have to look. heh i brought my whole list of Suggestions with me. Dr.Everson was pretty impressed. I dont usually see him but he did really good with little ares today! I sure hope he does too. I would like to be able to show him at the show here in Sept. But..of course if he is not recovered in time. No rush to him. Hes being treated like a king anyways.

That he is. I love him to bitty bits. Hes got his "harem" in the bedroom with him chuckles. I tried to keep them out but they would not be kept out..and he seems to be comforted with them sleeping in a circle around his bed. I tried to take a picture but Lace than covered his face with her paws...no pictures of the king while he is ill I suppose. I hope he recovers quikly too. Until than mom to the rescue steam every two hours, baby food every three, and water as well. Whew..

You're gonna be exhausted by the time all is said and done! Hope you can grab some rest when he's asleep, in the care of his "harem", of course...lol Silly little king! I sure hope he gets well soon!

Well hes feeling better after his 2:15 steam he got up and went and drank water on his own, and than also went to the litter box on his own. I set up a smaller one for him incase the large one would be to hard for him to get into. Well he didnt have any of that. he got into the normal litterbox all on his own
