Anybody ever do anything this dumb before?

Okay so I burnt a CD awhile back and ended up throwing it away because one of the songs were skipping around and I thought it was scratched. Well right now I downloaded the song and find out that..hehe..it was recorded like that to jump around and stuff..wow nice job lil axl you just waisted a really good CD.

Hey at least it was only 10 cents : )

oopsie!

I have my blonde moments too...I actually freaked out the other morning when I got in my car to go to a house about 6 blocks away to walk a dog and my car wouldn't start...later I found out the steering wheel was just locked...this was after walking to that lady's house and coming back home and fretting over it....

Ok, I think what I did is even dumber. I paid for gas and drove away without pumping it. I didn't even realize it until I looked at my gas gage to see how much I had.

I went into 7-11 and after they were done laughing at me I pumped my gas.

I've been there for a long time.

When I was in 6th grade I rode my bike to school and walked home. So basically I left my bike at school

That's a grand one Years ago I pulled into get gas, and I could not so help me find the the dang Gas tank It was like when I first started pumping my own, It was like in the back under the licence plate, I walked around that car till I was so embaressed that I kinda looked around to make sure no one saw me and left (no Gas)

Should I mention I did that more than once

I was at Wal-mart checking out swiped my debit card and the cashier asked if I wanted cash back --- yeah $20; got to chatting with her, got my stuff, put the receipt in my wallet walked away and had my 83 (at the time) year old mother ask me wasn't I supposed to get some change? heh-heh ...

And I can't count the number of times I've almost walked off without whatever I'd just paid for.

Well, you were only in 6th grade.

I took dh's SUV to the feed store to buy horse feed. I left the keys in the ignition, although the truck was turned off. After paying for the feed, I realized that when the guy loaded the bags in the back, it hit the lock door button back there. I was locked out! Luckily another customer gave me a ride home, and after dh got home we went back to pick up the truck and feed.

So not only did I act like a dope, but the guys at the feed store where we have been going for years know I'm a dope!

Here's a good one:

My best friend Sara and I went to town one day. I drove to her house in mom's car(I didn't have one at the time) and she drove to the store. Afterwards, she had to go to work so she dropped me off at my mom's house. About 10 minutes later, Sara calls and says that we forgot that I had driven over to her house and my mom's car was still there!!! So her mom came and got me at the house and took me to get the car! How dumb did I feel!!

Here's another good one:

there was a time that my mom and I went to the post office and my mom sent me in to get the mail. So I went in..got the mail..and started coming back out. Well on my way to the car and not paying real good attention I ended up going to the wrong car and opening the door to find someone sitting inside. I was like "uhm..sorry.." Closed the door and went to my mom who was busting up laughing!!

I mean I REALLY did that more then once in all my years in Jr. High!
