head rushes

we all get em... i think hehe. What is it that your body needs to not get them as often. I know i havnt been eating right, and i have been getting alot of head rushes :p

I don't know if it's something your body is lacking. I've always heard that it was caused by a sudden drop in blood pressure. Like when you stand up too fast.

Or maybe a sinus problem?

For me, I know it is the beginnings of a hyopglycemic episode.
The body running low on the sugar reserves the brain needs to function properly.

mI am a doc and I am not even sure what you mean by a head rush, lol First time I have heard the expression. However, if you mean fealing faint? That can be from sooo many things!!

I always thought you got those from standing up to quickly or a lack of O2 to the brain.

wow, youve never heard of a head rush? i dont mean to sound shocked, i just thought everyone knew of them. its like when you stand up ad for a few seconds your visions goes black and you get a tini headach and get a little dizzy. I know one thing, im going to be eating my fruits and veggies!
