Just an update that it is not much better

Please know that if I never come back it's because I was lost in a sea of mess.

Hope to see you soon

I wonder what the cats are thinking of you right now?

That's too funny, Ash!

I see Tango's bum in the picture.

when I first showed that photo to chris yesterday his comment was "how come she lives in such a mess"
he thought this was what your apartment looks like all the time

You brave soul. I've learned over the years that the word "move" is a four letter word and always takes longer than anticipated. When my husband wanted to move to a new house, I said ok on one condition: I don't do the moving! He agreed and I went shopping the day he moved. I still had to do unpacking but I did keep my mind in tack.

Good luck on finding a place for everything. Just don't pack a cat away someplace. They don't seem to like that.

Haha... looks like something that I would do.

At first you're very enthusiastic... "Yeah, I'm gonna clean and move everything around and it's gonna look great!!" And about 3 or so hours into the whole order everything is in disarray and you feel like stopping completely and leaving everything where it is! Kind of like "Well I've done my part.. someone else can finish up now"

I did that recently when I decided to completely rearrange my bedroom. I have been thinking about doing the same to my living room but after seeing your picture it reminds me of all the work involved.. so NO THANKS!!

Just do a little bit at a time and set small goals. It really does seem to work. Like "today I will put all my books away and tomorrow I will arrange all my clothes." It helps because you get things done but don't feel overwhelmed.

GOOD LUCK!!!

You mean it's just like trying to paint almost all the inside of you house in 2 days? Your mind probably went to meet my mind in that place we can't find since we don't have minds to look.

This is simply why I don't rearrange anything, Ash

These ideas always seem great and under 2 hours in our minds, don't they

Don't worry..you will get it looking all sharp in no time
