Sending you brave girl vibes and wishing you an excellent nurse to give you this injection the best that it can be given (best = minimal discomfort).

If it makes you feel better about getting only one shot, think about the diabetics that have to stick themselves numerous times a day....or, even better, think about my boyfriend who literally has a needle stuck in his stomach 24/7 delivering him insuline!
Trust me when I say that it could be much, much worse!
Thank you for your vibes Amy. They definitly helped. I was so brave.

I didn't look and I didn't even think about it. My friend Elien was there holding my hand and I had a really nice lady this time.

That's the way it should be. I hate needles too, but when I became a nurse and had to learn how to use them (I would draw blood, initiate iv's as well as give shots), I was determined to be very good at drawing blood, and gentle. I can say I met that goal!
