Last thing was brunch: Most succinctly described as a good ol' English fry-up. Known in this house as "Dirty Eggs". By any name

I know it's time to start cutting down on my food when ppl start offering me seats on the tube cos I do sometimes look pregnant!!!

I had lunch from M&S yesterday - quite healthy actually. I had the celery sticks with dip and some rasberries

Then my friend at work and I we went and spoilt it by sharing a tub of tesco coffee ice cream in the afternoon!

The last thing I had to eat was last night....."chocate lava cake"

Yummm

It had hot fudge inside and was dripped with carmamel and whipped cream
...so much for eating healthy food!

Oh i hope they bring them out in the "Walker Lites"!

Just had a Weight Watchers yoghurt this time with a better quantity of fruit bits in them, and a Weight Watchers vegetable soup.

I know i'm mad to have soup in this weather

I like the sound of what you've had Miss Mew!!

Soup is meant to keep you warm....but in this weather, they say that eating soup and drinking tea keep you cool!

Try it... and if you break out in a hot sweat, then you know that I am wrong!

I suppose it's the same as eating curry if you have a cold/fever and it sweats it out of you
