This little girl was screaming her lungs out this morning when I opened the front door. I followed the cries to find her huddled around a large paper bag laying by the fence line. She hissed and spat at me when I picked her up, but I managed to carry her to the house and check her for injuries. She appears to be okay-

Right now, we are calling her Riley and she is up in the cat room-

She appears to be somewhat cross-eyed

Maybe she just wasn't the perfect kitten for someone? Who knows-

MA! She looks CUTE!! Another moo kitty.. Glad to hear she's okay. I'm sure you will take good care of her and she'll be in a good home (either with you or with someone you find)..

How old do u think she is? Has she been spayed already (if u can tell?). Just wondered if the previous owners did that already or not?

HANG in there. You're doing an awesome job of taking care of all these lucky cats..

Looks gorgeous to me! Poor little girl, to be dumped. And poor Hissy! You are great to take her in.

She's a cutie. Glad she found her way to you, but for someone to dump her like that...

MA, you're a better person than most for taking that sweetheart in. At least she is now guaranteed a good life

At least she landed on your doorstep and will now be taken care of. It makes me SICK that someone could do this. Our Molly was dumped off near my parents house. She was the sweetest cat that I have ever seen.

Awww, this poor little sweetie ... your continued compassion for the unwanted is such an inspiration to me. And your continued frustration with the people who didn't want them is shared by me.

Special hugs to you and gentle chin-scritches to little Riley,

~gf~

You are so very kind to take her in, she's such a cutie.
You deserve a big clap for helping her out. Good thing she wasn't hurt or anything. I just don't see why people dump animals, it just makes no sense to me at all. Dil, my oldest baby was dumped and landed on my doorstep, man those people who dumped him will never know all the love and preciousness they missed out on.

How great it is that you can take her in! For you AND her!

I don't understand why people feel that lives of animals are worth any less than the lives of people and why the insist upon treating then like objects that can just be cast off. It's so horrible.

Do you think it's someone who knows that you take in cats?!
Maybe, but it is a busy road these days so it is anyone's guess what her story is. Right now, she is upstairs and Mike is trying to computer but according to him, she is climbing all over his head, shoulders and neck- LOL

Well she has been to the vet, and because space is limited here inside the house, and because my crew is good with new babies- she is now in general population and doing well. Gypsy is the only cat that bears watching with her- but the others are accepting- and Riley is chasing Prowler! LOL

Here are some current pics of this girl- the only thing the vet found were fleas and worms, which both have been handled now-

Enjoy- she is a pistol!
