How much money would it take to make you happy, or at least contented ?

I'm happy with what I have, but would be happier if I were able to be debt free.

I'm already very happy and very contented. I think a whole buncha money would only make things worse cuz it would change my life. And I like my life!

I wouldn't sneeze at having my house paid off, though. My mortgage payment pops up every month and chases me down with a butcher knife. Kinda scary... but worth it.

Being a student and having no money or many possessions of my own I can only speculate. I would say that enough money to live without debt (and honestly that doesn't NECESSARILY have to be all that much) would be enough for me.

I have always thought that "money can't bring happiness" but sometimes, it would help!

My only debts are my mortgage and a tiny amount on one measly little non-interest credit card. If I could pay off my mortgage, that would be really useful

How much do I want? I want it ALL!!
Or if not all, then a Powerball jackpot would be nice.

How much do I need or how much to keep me content? Well, a bit more than I've got now. Right now I think money should be outlawed, but that's just because we're struggling to make ends meet on a regular basis. To keep me content, I would like enough to cover the bills, food, gas, kitties, etc., a bit of play money, and some to put into Savings each month without having to cut into bills to do it.

1, to buy all the furnitures and clothes i want, and those stupid little things there and there to pay off.
2. to get teufel neutered.
3. to get another kitty.
4. just a bit up north of here its only 60,000 to buy a new house so that would be cool too..

I would be happier if my debt was paid off completely. I am very fortunate with what we have now. So, I won't complain

I won't lie---I want a lot of money. I wanna live like Donald Trump, in the lap of luxury!!!! I want to be able to buy anything my heart desires and take care of my family and friends. I don't like the idea of "just getting by". Now I just have to find a way to make all of my billions

Enough to pay off my ex-husband's IRS debt so WE can stop paying them every month...enough to buy a teeny farm to "live off the land"...enough to travel whenever we want...enough to support a no-kill shelter...enough to help out my family

I want enough money to pay off my house, enough for my retirement, enough saving so that I dun have to worry during rainy days, enough to pay all my bills, enough to go for two vacation every year, enough to buy stuffs that I like.

Is that too much to ask for? I wish for a wallet that contain the exact amount of money whenever I want to buy something.

one hundred billion dollars...

but no seriously I can say I wouldn't want to be greedy but if I had a choice the sky would be the limit. I would spread it everywhere. To be fully content and happy well I already am. I would feel more secure if I had either $125000 lump sum, to buy a house, or an extra 10-20k a year on my salary.

I want just enough to be able to not feel guilty when I go to the hair salon or clothing shopping for myself or my kids or splurge on an evening out. I am pretty content with my financial position though.

Sigh.....I have an uncle who is a millionaire, and honestly, he and his wife are not "happy". Me? My land is paid off, we owe less than a year's payments on our mobile home...BUT....currently, our store is in such financial shape that we're on the verge of bankruptcy with it, and honestly, the bakery is keeping the shoe store "afloat", but barely. So for me, I'm happy with the stuff that I have, but I'd love to have enough money to not wonder from one month to the next if I'm going to still have this job here, that I love, plus enough left over for my personal bills and the kitties!

I would just like enough to pay off my trailer, my car, my credit cards and I think that would be it. I would say about $75,000 and I would even keep working, but I would not have the economic stress that I have now. I don't think that too much to aski, do you?
