Playing hookey tomorrow

Jerry's interview for the new job is tomorrow at 2, so since he is playing hookey from his present job to go to it, I thought, what they hey, I'll call in sick too. That's something we NEVER do! I"m going to work in my flower beds in the morning and then after he has his interview, we have an EMS rib barbeque to go too. Let's hope we have something to celebrate!

I rarely play hooky and feel sooooooooooooooooo guilty when I do that it almost ruins it... that's probably why I rarely do it!

LOL one time I called in sick from my cell phone, 500 miles away because I wanted to stay an extra day with my out-of-town boyfriend/now husband!! **cough cough*** "I can't come in today, I feel sooooo awful"
