Help me please!!!!!

My cat has lost so much weight because he wont eat anything I try to give him and it's gotten to the point that he can't even move. When I hold him he is so limp that it almost feels like I'm carrying around a stuffed animal. I'm trying to get enough money to take him to the vet but without a job I'm finding it hard. Someone please help I can't just let him starve himself to death

He does need to go to the vet ASAP - can you ask the vet if you can work out a payment plan, and hope that he is nice enough to let you do that, because what you are seeing warrants as an emergency. Please do take him.

Your cat is most likely in a very serious way. You need to contact the vet.

Ok thanks,I'm going to call the vet and see if I can work something out, its so hard to see him like this and at this point I bleam myself maybe if I would have watched his eating habbits alittle more I could have see it sonner it's not till after my other cat got out and was gone for a day, that I relised all the food I was putting out was not being eatin and then after the other cat came back he go to the point he could not move. Thanks to you all, I did talk to my dad and he is paying for the bills that he has and we took him to the vet soon after, When he(my dad took him, because I can't handle those things well) got there they said he they said there was nothing they could do for him and had to put him to sleep so he would no longer suffer. My hart is so broken right now, I can't believe he is gone.

I'm sorry for your loss. I hope that you gain knowledge from this site that will help you with the care of future cats if you decide at some point you are ready. They do not let us know they are sick until they are very ill in a lot of cases, unless you recognize the little signs early on. At least her passing was a quiet one and bless your father for stepping in even if it was too late.
