Question regarding Feliway diffuser just bought

Hey all,
Just bought a feliway diffuser. I plugged it in and cannot tell if it's working. We are not able to spell it right? Just the kitties can?
Also, after about 2 hrs, I felt the plastic diffuser part and it was really warm, is that normal and safe?

Sorry for the stupid questions, I just want to make sure.

No you can't smell it, but if it is warm to the touch, it is working-
It takes time, it isn't a miracle minute cure-

Great! Thank you so much. Just wanted to make sure it was working right. I am going to put it in my new place too before we move in so the scent can be in there. Hopefully it helps my kits be more relaxed.

I could tell it was working when Franz jumped on the bookcase and belted out "It's a wonderful day in the neighborhood..." took off his white socks and made himself comfy! Just kidding, really though I did see a change in Franz within maybe 4-5 hours, he was much calmer. Your mileage may vary. Good luck, smart idea to start it in the new place beforehand.

LOL!!! That was too funny. I could totally picture that too.
I just wasn't sure if it being warm was right or not. Course, I worry about things if I don't know what to expect.
I have one here at the place we are in now but I ordered another to put at the new house. I want to do whatever I can to try and help them not be to upset moving.
