Within the past couple weeks or so Milo has gone completely crazy!! He's 6 months now and he's always had tons of energy, but he would also be very happy just chilling in my lap. Now though he's literally bouncing off the walls (and I do mean literally, he'll run to the corner by the apt door and then run diagonally and propel himself off the wall so he can jump really high). He won't leave Pixie alone at all other, he's constantly aggravating her - trying to catch her tail, not letting her sit in the window in peace. I'm not sure what's going on with him. He was neutered about 3 weeks ago and everything went fine. Is it possible he's still got some of those hormones going or could it be spring fever?
I don't know how to get him to chill out a little!

I couldn't tell you a "for sure" answer but since your kitty just got neutered, I am guessing it's just that teenage kitty thing. All 3 of my boys at that age got rather rowdy. It seems that they become confident and raring to go. And really, they are still just kittens, teen-age kittens but still kittens, only bigger with all their kitty skills in perfect form.
Also, one of my cats definitely gets spring fever. I have an 8 month old kitten and he's still quite spunky although he does seem to be settling down some.

ENGLAND... LAND OF HOPE AND GLORY!
He's still a kitten really, and my two(Rosie is 3 and Sophie is 1) can have what i call a mad half hour where they zoom around the house as if their possessed!!.

And i've noticed the spring fever as well at the moment?!, especially with Rosie.
