So... how can I get a pic in my siggy then?

Anyone able to give me some instructions and I will attempt to make it myself!

Go to User CP
then you will see signatures, Click on it and there will be a box to type in

For me, to get pictures in my signature I do this:

1. On the main page near the top there will be something saying 'Quick Links'. Click on that and below you will find it saying 'Edit signature' and from there it should be pretty easy. You need to have your photo's/image hosted somewhere and then all you have to do is add the url link. Its the button with a picture like logo. But if you need any help just yell.
