That made you want to kill them? We're in the process of finally getting Gizmo fixed, since he's thriving and his foot has healed...........he may not make it! I was lying on the bed this morning, just before I got in the shower, when he gets on the bed, comes to me for a bit of love, then turned around and sprayed me!
I yelled, and he stopped in mid-stream, thank God! Was very proud that I was about to shower anyway, yuk! I thought warm kitty hairballs were bad...nope, warm kitty pee is just as bad!!!
Anyone else have any "kitty-killing" moments to share?

Oh my gosh! I've never heard of anyone getting sprayed by there cat! (I'm a fairly new cat lover though) That is crazy and what a horrible feeling that must be. It's a good thing you were headed to the shower already!

I'm sending lots of patience your way until you get that little guy fixed!!

Um....

I just can't compare with that one Cindy!! About the only thing I can think of is when Trent just doesn't take the hint that Ophelia doesn't want to play, corners her, and then all h#$@ breaks loose! He's just a guy, that cat. Just doesn't LISTEN when she tells him perfectly clearly that she doesn't want to play!

Well, not me, but my roommate was pretty steamed at Mika last night (she's his cat, but he told me I was "about to be short one cat"
)

Apparently she jumped onto the futon in his room and knocked his laptop onto the floor, and it wouldn't reboot!

. . . but later he mashed down on the keyboard and apparently knocked whatever was loose back into place and it's working just fine

Yuck, Cindy! Jamie really gets to me when he tries to kill other cats. If he'd just chase them, or fight with them, I could deal with it, but he really means business. My sweet baby - a potential killer.

NO but strangle her little tail more like it! When Saba first joined us, she went crazy exlporing the entire house....jumped up on the fireplace mantel where I have two prized Ansel Adams photographs framed in black laquer--leaning against the mantel wall.....well one came crashing down as she tried to wedge her little body into the space between wall and leaning frame...glass shattered everywhere, cutting the photograph and matting. The most important thing was that she was fine! I was so scared for her. She jumped away so fast no glass got to her, but I went over the carpet with a tweezers. To this day, she has not been on the mantel again.

My sweet little girls knocked over a window fan at the top of my stairs. It WAS leaning against the wall. This was Christmas Eve. I ran up the stairs in the dark and stepped right through it. I spent the next 4 hours in the emergency room getting my toe sewed up and Christmas day was a complete wash. Now its 4 months later and I have to get surgery on it because the scar tissue is interfering with my nerves.

Only one thing makes me angry with my babies:

Hammie & Zorro will "get bored" or something and team up on the girl cats and Snickers!!!! I mean beat the living TAR out of them!

Jessie, Dusty & K.C. are the sweetest lil girls, and Snickers is a very kind, sweet old guy. They only want love! But noooooo....

Zorro will walk up to Dusty and just JUMP HER and he is three times her size. Zorro doesn't get nasty with her or even act like he wants to kill her, but I tell ya he really seems to have a hootin' fun time beating Dusty up.

And just last night, during another bout of "Spring Fever", I had to PEEL Hammie off of Snickers. Hammie had Snickers in this death-grip head-lock and Snickers was crying pitifully. I thought I'd let them play it out a bit, but well Hammie was relentless.

My daughter reminds me that "Snickers started it" because Snickers has his moments of boredom, too, and he'll walk up and smack Hammie.

I do get real mad at the boys when they act like that. Cornering each other and such. Next thing you know they'll be throwing chairs at each other.

Oh Cindy that was so funny.......sorry!

Sophie from being a kitten has always jumped on my shoulders, but now she's a year old and weighs 10lb she's not so light anymore, so whenever she jumps on me from behind her claws are like the tips of a knife now!

I couldn't yell at her though, i just screw my face up and brave it!

The only thing that Rosie does is stand in front of the computer screen until she gets a treat

When I first got Gandalf he was a tiny little kitten and he'd jump on you lap and it was so cute. Now that he's 13lb, probably pushing 14lbs honestly, jumping on the lap hurts when he forgets to pull his claws in. But he's such a lovey little devil I forgive him.

I really hate it when the boys have been playing for a while and suddenly WW III breaks out and the fur flies.

Little Miss makes me wanna ring her neck when she does her bob and weave trick. She gets in front of you, and zig zags, until she trips you.
Smudge does the same thing, and when you arent looking, you catapault her down the hall, or across the room, and then she decides its only fair that she attacks your ankles.
Samantha makes me wanna beat her down when she decides she's going to poop in a corner of the bathroom, and the three kittens get it and play with it!!

I couldn't kill her but I get soooo frustrated when she meows and meows and meows, and she has food, she has water, she doesn't want to go out, she doesn't want to play, I wish I spoke meow so bad!!!!
I guess she's singing or something! She's not in pain or anything when she does it, as she has a different meow for that.
Funny girl!

That would be my Samwise as well. He'll hide in behind the shower curtain and start meowing and I go and check on him and he'll stop for a minute then start right back up. He also does it on top of the dresser. I think he just likes the sound of his own voice.

Cindy, yuck! He's officially claimed you as his!

These are all great reasons to be truly frustrated with our babies! Too bad we don't all have pics, they would be perfect for this months contest of kitties behaving badly!

I have had many "wanting to commit kittycide" moments over the years.
Fred's brother liked to sit on the side of the bathtub and sprayed me right in the face one morning. He went right outside where my sweetie was working on his bike, and sprayed him down the lower back, where it ran right down his butt crack.
Pepper was so bad before we got Scooter, I was considering gray tabby slippers. She was in to everything, and constantly yowling and carrying on like we were killing her. She would try to run outside every time we opened the door, and I had to chase her down since at the time she was not spayed. She is a stout, strong cat and could do some real damage when she did not want to be caught.
Scooter had about a week where he thought it was fun to break stuff. He broke so many dishes by pushing them off the kitchen counter, that I am going to have to buy new dishes. I have 2 plates and 2 bowls left.
I don't know which one of them it was, but someone hacked up a huge hairball right in the middle of my freshly changed sheets yesterday.
