We have a pepper plant in our living room and my cat, Baby ate a leaf off of the plant. Are the leaves hot? When we seen her over by the plant she was sneezing and her nose was dripping. She seems fine now, but I was wondering if the leaves were hot also

I am not sure, but there are soup dishes where you can put the leaves and it does NOT make the soup spicy. So I don't think the leaf is "hot".
