ideally I like to get in 4 -5 hours. But most weeks it is somewhere between 3-4 hours.

however, if you count my job (chasing kindergarteners) as excercise, then I get about 6 hours per day!

My personal estimate is about 2.5 hours....
Between 2.5 & 3.25 hours a week, if I count stretching. At Curves I do the circut 3 times and I'm trying to go 4 times a week.
I have a desk job, so I get NO exercise during work.
Fortunately we live on the 2nd floor. (I didn't count carrying laundry & groceries up the stairs)

Well since March first I've been trying to run about 35 minutes 6 times/week. Plus my gardening efforts are another 10-15 hrs week. If we go the the farm (about once/mo that is a good 6 hrs).

Wow Renee, you do the circruit 3 times each time you go? Very impressive

Beryl, chasing kindergarteners counts in my book- it takes crazy endurance to do that each day!!!!

4 - 6 hours a week if you include doing the washing, vaccuming, dishes, and walking up the stairs

I just did my lower body strength workout (30 mins) and walked 35 mins afterwards.

Lets see, this week is 30 min workouts with 35 min walks which makes it 1 hr 5 mins a day x 5 days this week so 5 hrs and 25 mins this week. Not bad, but it will increase over time.

I have a bad allergy rash on my face right now and the sweat is stinging it sooo bad!

What really trips me out is how all 4 years in high school I was on the dance team and during nationals season I would be doing hardcore jazz and high kick dancing for 16-24 hrs/week. Thinking about that now just makes me want to be sick...and that was only 4 years ago!!!!!!!!!

LOL, I know the feeling
I was in colorguard (AKA the "flag team") in high school and when were doing winterguard, we'd practice about 12 hours/week. Though for me, being an old-timer, that was 7 years ago... the body can forget a LOT in that period of time!!!

Can you blame the fact that you live in the "land of beer and cheese"?
Sounds like a good reason to me. The beer made me do it!
