What is Your Idea of the WORST Job in the World?

Today at work, I had to get stool samples from a patient to send to the lab for various tests. The thought occurred to me.......gosh I'd hate to be the guy who handles stool all day. Wouldn't that just be a horrible job? What would be your job title? Executive Stool Tester? Professional Poop Diver?

Then I thought about some other jobs that I would hate to have. How about the people who's job it is to go around and scoop up dead animals off the road? What would they be called? Carcass Carriers? Road Kill Revelers?

What is your idea of the worst job in the world?

I think we can safely say that anything involving handling waste would be a horrible job that I would never consider doing...

This doesnt consititute for the worst job but it's definately weird... There is a computer IM program called MyIPRelay... apparently, you IM this person and you have them call someone else... They tell the other person everything you type to them and then they type back to you whatever the response is from the other person... I found this out from my dad's girlfriends youngest daughter today... I can't believe people actually get paid to do this...

This sounds awful but I can't help but write it, and that is, the person who euthanizes kitties at the shelter. ok that's it, i am going now because it will give me nightmares for weeks.

Yeah....I definitely wouldn't want that job!

There are tons of horrible jobs I can think of at the hospital.

What about the person who does the linen that comes from the hospital? I can't tell you how often patients either poop or puke in the bed. (among other things)

Or how about a person who digs graves? CREEEEPY !!

I would hate to be a plumber too. I'm glad there are people who do that....but I wouldn't want to do it.

I guess there are a lot of people out there who probably think MY job is the worst in the world. Being a nurse certainly isn't very glamorous most days.

Oh I got another one.... A person who has to groom corpses for funerals(like bathe them and fix their hair and put clothes on them). Actress Whoopi Goldberg did that.

An exterminator!!

Ugh I couldn't do it! Bugs give me the creeps! That is what gives me nightmares!

I wouldnt want to be the person in charge of odor protection testing of deoterant. Professional Pit Sniffer? I think not....

I agree all of the above are just gross

No offensive to those who do, but a janiter/custodien.

Ick! Handling trash all day and wearing a yucky uniform.

Trash/Waste/Dead things... yup that's my short list!

I wouldn't want any job having anything to do with a funeral home. Not even a bookkepper there, I can't stand to walk into the funeral home!

I also wouldn't want to be the guy who has to transport amputated body parts to the "dungeon" in the hospital to be incenarated! (sp?)

I could never be a snake wrangler either! I run every time I see a snake!

My mother used to clean at the hospital, in the section where people lost/aborted their babies, She said that there was a bin full of them and she had to quit after a week because she got sick from it, and she was having bad nightmares.
I would hate to be a detective or a policeman to always get calls from people and finding dead bodies. and then even having the risk that someone is after you.

Sandra believe it or not, i would love to have been a mortician!

I could still go to college to do the course because my friends is an undertaker and he said their screaming out for women, but it's finding the time

Someone has to do it! I think it's because i'm a caring person to start with, i want to let their families see them looking nice for the last time?!

one of those people who do the autopsy(sp?), what a horrible job that must be, having to cut up body pieces etc, thats 1 job i would never do!
