My boyfriend's jealous of YOU!

My boyfriend is such a sweetheart. He's kind and generous and hardly ever complains. He helps with housework and does practically ALL the dishes. One thing though...He's been wondering why I'm getting home from work an hour late every day.

My home computer is so slow, I stay at work to talk to all of you on TCS!

Does he not know that friends and cats come first?!

awwww...hey, thats a good strategy-especially if you are paid hourly!

Oh, I get that grief from Jerry all the time. He kiddingly says, OH sure, I'm only home one or two nights a week and you want to sit in there on the computer......LOL The green eyed monster........

Actually, I think it's kind of cute. I really, really, really, don't like jealousy, but THIS KIND is harmless. He's lonely when he gets home first. Right now his business is in the slow season.

haha my bf would be like "YEAH RIGHT" because I swear if I didn't know what I know now and he told me that he comes home from work late because he's talking to an internet cat club I would SO think he was lying!

I dont know if anyone has suggested this...but why dont you go onto TCS at home and show him all the posts you wrote while you were spending time late at work.........

Don't worry. He trusts me (and believes me), he is just jealous that I'm spending time with all of you while he's at home waiting for me. It's not really a problem. I do think it's cute and funny though.

john used to be like that...he was real insecure, and jealous of strange stuff...But after 6 years of being with him I think he realized that im not going anywhere........lol....hes 100% better now

Seriously, real jealousy is a scary thing. My first husband was SO jealous that he got mad if I glanced at someone walking while we were driving down the street. Once a man that looked just like him from far away came in to my workplace. I got 3/4 across the room before I realized it wasn't him. I told him (my husband then) about it. He asked if the guy was cute, I said "of course - he looked just like you." He called me horrible names I wouldn't repeat here and asked me how I dared to call another man good-looking (:censor::censor::censor:???). Then I changed my mind and told him that the guy was a dog (no offense, dogs) and looked just like him. Funny ending...he cheated on me! The marriage didn't last long.

I wouldn't consider my boyfriend insecure. He's not even normally jealous...but he did mention THIS to me (he he).
