Our puppy is gone, but there is a gain

Last week two of our older dogs got loose from the yard, one of our puppies was able to get out and follow them. My mother called me at 5 am saying the two older dogs showed up at her house(about a half a mile away). Freckles, the puppy, wasnt with them. We searched every where and couldn't and still can't find her. I bet a child got her and kept her for his/her own since that woudl be the time kids were getting up to get ready for school. She and anouther pup were suppose to be found homes soon. If the pound got her she wouldnt be here since there is only a three day hold.

The day before the dogs got out a boy asked if he can place his dog in the back yard and care for her, A rotti about a year old. He said he would come every day and care for her which he never did. Its a duplex house so I share a back yard with my neighbor. The poor dog was in poor shape you can see her rib bones. Every day I would watch to see if he came, if not I went to feed her. Today he just said we can have her. His reason was he couldnt afford her, plus the fact we told our neighbor(they boy is related to them) to tell the boy that we were keeping her or we are going to turn the boy in for cruelty to animals. We will be getting her fixed and and shots and taking her to pets mart to be groomed since she is in rough shape.

poor dog! its so sad, my little brother still hasnt found a puppy he likes(we've been looking since september) and people who have one abuse it so harshly.

if you lived in the uk i would come and adopt and love her in a second!
