Do you all remember doing the thing - along with the wave hairstyle - where you would stand in front of a mirror and mash your fringe around with the palm of your hand in a circle over and over until it was teased beyond belief and then pin it back in a big boof with a slide comb??

LOL! That is too funny! I was just over at my friends' house tonight and we were dancing and we did, "the carlton". LOL
We started reminiscing about shows.... Hee-Haw, Knight Rider, Magnum P.I., Hart to Hart, Fantasy Island and Love Boat just to name a few.

OMG!!! we have just been looking on ebay for videos of, turtles, carebears, fragles etc for the kids to watch. I loved NKOTB, oh Joey Macintire (sp) was so cute! hee hee o the memories. my husband had never seen the breakfast club the other week till it came on and i MADE him watch it. hee hee. loved Blossom but he doesnt remember it, and he still watches fresh prince and even now sings along. Grief, no wonder we are loners at my house lol

Oh my! And everyone cool drove an Iroc-Z and had Deaf Leopard blaring on the stereo! Anyone else watch VH1's I love the '80's? I still can't bring myself to throw away those jeans with the holes in 'em either! I remember trying to crimp my Barbie's hair and melting it on accident! LMAO..What would our kids think if they knew half the dorky things we did and wore?

Liza you forgot one actually two very imporatnt things Z cavarichis (did I spellit right? its been so long!) and hammer pants! What about nkotb remember running home from school so you could catch their video on mtv? LOL

LOL I remember almost all of that stuff!! I was smiling the whole time while reading that! Brings back amazing memories especially those Garbage Pal cards!!! I wish I still had them all! And also the Baby Sitters Club! Me and my friends actually did attempt to make one!

WOW! I remember ALL of those things! My hair was bigger than me and we used like a can of hairspray I week!! Perms were the in-thing.

Anyone remember Pogs? I remember when they came out when I was in elementary school, and it was a HUGE craze that swept the whole school. Every recess, when you went out, there'd literally be 10 groups of kids playing Pogs. Within a couple weeks, though, the school banned Pogs, probably because it was promoting gambling, lol
