What creeps me out?

Head wounds even on TV, that includes someone having their head operated on like with a nose job. Nothing else like that really bothers me though.

Open backed stairs when it's dark. Like the stair on a deck or something. I think I've watched too many horror flicks cause I always feel like something is going to reach out and grab me. Likewise with those large drains that are in parking lots.

Touching anything with pruned up hands (like after they've been in the water for awhile) gives me the worst feeling. When I was little I used to wear gloves after getting out of the bath to keep from touching anything, I hated it so much
- now I just won't touch anything until my hands un-prune!

Cockroaches. We have huge ones (called palmetto bugs) here in South Florida and I swear I run screaming from a room when I see one!

Needles going in. Once it's in I'm OK, but I can't watch it go in my skin.

people picking on scabs. My mom does this and it grosses me out so bad!

At the kitty's beck and call
Dentists - just anything about them.

And sticky/messy hands. Hubby thinks this is hilarious. Like wiping bits from the counter in the kitchen - eeeeeewwwwww, shudder - I just can't stand sticky/messy hands. Rubber gloves are just the best thing

We have those here too - the first time I saw one was as a kid visiting some family friends in Houston...I tried to swat it and it FLEW right at my face!

Enclosed spaces or large crowds. I'm claustrophobic, something I *unfortunately* discovered while having an MRI of my head done.

ROFL Beth you crack me uuuup! Vital Post!!

LEO refers to the movie The Aviator (is it in the UK yet??) where Howard Hughes, who is constantly washing his hands (extreme case here, not you) is obsessed with clean hands and no germs. He's played by Leonardo DiCaprio.
