For me, it's watching someone put in or take out a contact from their eye.....

I hate how them smell, and I really hate how when it rains there are all kinds of *squished* worms in the parking lot! Dad always got mad at me when we went fishing because I wouldn't touch them at all. Didn't mind the fish, didn't even mind Salmon Eggs (which are pretty gross in their own right!), but I couldn't handle a worm.
I hate seeing people having things done with their eyes as well along with nose jobs!. When they start filing the bone inside the nose as if their sawing a plank of wood!!, aaaaaaaaaargh!!!!
I don't know why i watch the health channel when their doing those operations?!

NEEDLES. Seeing one, being around one, thinking about one, watching someone have to have one put in them (especially: me).
Nothing else creeps or grosses me out except for needles.

Things being put into skin....like needles and such. One time, a friend of mine sliced her foot on a rock, and had to go to the hospital to have it cleaned and sewn up. I stood there while the nurse stuck a cotton swab under the skin to clean the wound! I thought I was gonna gag!!!
Another of mine, has already bean mentioned.. When watching operations on tv, and some one is getting a nose job....when they start 'chiseling' away at the bone in the nose.

Watching a needle going into the skin. Once it's in I'm fine and I can watch it come out.
