Self Magazine has started a Diet Club, it's free if you are a subscriber, but if you're not all you have to do is sign up for a years subscription for $10.00. I'm a subscriber & I LOVE this magazine!
It is the ONLY magazine that I have ever renewed for a two year subscription. The $10.00 alone is worth it for the magazine, but I signed up today for the Diet Club. www.selfdietclub.com and even though they raved about it in the magazine I was skeptical because I have a program I downloaded that I use to track my weight, caloric intake & exercise so I figured it couldn't be that great, but it's awesome. Worth checking into anyway.
