Any board magic out there?

Ok - the request for board magic is to help bring the patter of tiny paws to my home!!!

Adelaide, our little feral, gets her vet inspection next week. Not only must everything go ok for Addie's sake - but I've got a lot riding on this too.

I have a "certain" birthday next year and hubby came up with a fantastic idea. He said that we've taken in this waif and stray kitties (3 of them now) and each time I'm hopeful that one will want to be a lap cat. So far none of them are. They're at various stages of friendliness due to their troubled beginnings.


So, hubby said he will buy me my own little pedigree kitty. One that will be quite content to sleep on my head at night and generally be a scarf or lap warmer during the day.
It will be an indoor, mummy's kitty!!. We've looked around and decided the kitty for us will be a Singapura. The other kitties will be happy that mummy doesn't keep trying to make them SIT ON HER LAP
and I'll be happy because I'll have my independent kitties and one mummy's cat
.

But, of course, before we could do anything like that Adelaide must be given a clean bill of health.


So, if there's any spare board magic going could you direct it towards Addie's vet next Thursday pleaase?

lol......awww your so cute...i hope you get your lap cat...Doofus is a once in the while lap cat but thats about it...lol...good luck and i hope that Addie gets a clean bill of health....all the luck to the two of you....

Good Doofus - he's just got to work on it a bit now!! Tippy will sit on your lap, but only if she's in a good mood and is likely to savage you if you move - we get a bit nervous of her sometimes
. Felicity likes to sit NEAR you, but not ON you (she does purr like an engine though LOL) and Adelaide will only be fussed if she can't see it's a human doing it!!
