We have articles on lots of subjects - I think going through them should be the first step. I need to get around to sticky a post with the list of available articles on every forum.

Anne did a great job putting together a list of relevant articles found on the website. If you ever need my article just go to the Cat Care section and type in the search box Introducing and the engine will bring it right up-
