Does she look pregnant?

Hello, I got my cat, Phoebe about 9 months ago. She's the only one of our cats that hasn't been fixed and I've never experienced her being in heat so I'm worried she may be pregnant, her nipples are bigger and pinker and her belly is more round though it's not noticeable from the top.

Yes, she almost surely is.  If you wish to spay (and abort) do it asap, so it wont become both a medical and an ethical problem...  (:
