What Breed is she?

I can't really tell from the picture, but unless you got her from a breeder, she is most likely a Domestic Shorthair (or Longhair), which is a cat of mixed ancestry. From the picture, she looks like a longhair, which is indicative of a Persian or Maine Coon cross at some point in her history. It also appears that she has a triangular face and fairly large ears. With this in mind, if she also has a slender body overall, that might mean that she had some Siamese, Oriental, and/or possibly Abyssinian ancestors. Without a DNA test, it's hard to know for certain, but what I can tell you for certain is that she is an absolutely beautiful, sweet cat, with a very unique fur color (cream is rare for girls, it's usually only seen in boys).
