3 month kitten twitchy left eye?

Started doing it about 2 weeks ago he does half blinks a lot with his left eye i cant explain it properly like mini blinks as if something is in his eye, He just does it randomly sometimes his eye is perfectly fine and he blinks ok. It seems to only be in his left eye but isn't causing him any discomfort and i have checked the eye to see if it dilates properly and it does and there is nothing in there either. He tends to do the twitch when he is in a angry/annoying mood he does it sometimes when he is just in my lap though it looks a little like a lazy eye that disappears that is probably the best way to put it . This is my first cat so i don't know what to expect sorry if i sound stupid i am a bit of a hypochondriac lmao so i am sort of over the top if i see something i start searching the internet and find all the worst scenarios like glaucoma. Any help would be appreciated
