You'll get a couple of different opinions on this, but I, personally, would call her a calico.  Although, her legs have a tortie thing going on.  To me, "calico" is bold, pure patches of color, and includes orange, black, and white (some feel there should be more white than I see on her).  I would consider a "tortie" to have a more mingled fur pattern, like this:

The above being the ruler of my universe, Ms. Hekitty Renee.

I tell people that I'm never sure if torties are calicos with ADHD, or calicos are torties with OCD.  Could be either.

She is a beautiful girl!  IF you haven't already, head over to "New Cats on the Block" and introduce yourselves, and WELCOME TO TCS!

Thank you for your replies. Guess I have a calico baby. [emoji]128512[/emoji] Now, how about this one? Is he considered tuxedo just because he's black and white?

Definitely a calico "with white". She has the large distinct patches of color, the Tortie has basically the same colors but smaller 'patches' and more run together, much like a tortoise's shell. My very first cat, Miss Muffet, looked just like yours, they always have a special place in my heart. Beautiful cat, she will bring you much happiness!
