Today is My Mother's Birthday

Today is my mother's 58th birthday. She adopted me when I was three months old, and dumped at a local church. I am now 18, and still love it when Mother picks me up and rocks me, as she did when I was a kitten. I start purring and give her a kiss when she does that.

She is the joy in my life, and makes my heart smile. My little brother Eric and I say, "Happy Birthday, Mother. We love you very, very much."

Happy Happy Birthday! My boy loves it when I sit on the side of the bed, he begins rubbing on my feet, then I lift him into the air and bounce him on my feet (one foot under his belly, one under his chest, he folds his legs and lays there while I bounce him!). Then again, he loves being taken on "rides" in laundry baskets though the house LOL
