Double nail

I recently rescued two kittens off the street. One has two claws growing out of one joint. It doesn't seem to bother her but they do curl. I am worriedoing about it curling and puncturing her foot or the claws separating and hurting her. So my question is should I remove that one claw? Normally I don't agree with declaring but I don't want to cause her any pain in the future, she has been through enough. Sorry for the blurry photos.
