What is this goop?

I think it's the gravy. I know when I eat left over Chinese food the following day there's jelly like this on it till I heat it up.

Yeah, the gravy congeals when it gets cold, like bacon fat or oil. You can call it consomme if that sounds fancier :lol3:. If you heat the food up it'll liquefy again.
