How to move feral cats a few yards down to my house ..

If they are feral, they will not go where dogs are. If made to be in the same area they will hurt the dog thinking they are saving their life. So, this would be your first obstacle in moving the cats.

You may need to trap them and bring them to your property and then keep them confined in a cage or inside or some place safe for about 3 weeks so they can acclimate to your place as home.  My guess is that they will still frequent the other property, but once they settle into your place and know you have the food they will consider it home.  It just takes time and some effort on your part.  The 3 weeks acclimation period is hard as they need to learn your home as their home and get a feel for the scent.  They also need to get their scent on the property.  You can use large dog crates and keep the cats inside your home or garage as long as they are out of the rain and not in a hot hot garage.  If you have a place inside that would work too.
