Day or night

My kitty that just turned a year wants to be outside is it safer at night or during to let her out ? She's also fized

I think it is likely that night time is much worse for a cat to be outside. There are predators that are also out at night like coyotes. There is the potential for encounters with raccoons or other cats and cars that can't see your cat. The daytime dangers are pretty bad too. It's a huge risk to let cats roam free and the opportunity for all sorts of trouble to occur regardless.

If you cat has never been out it is dangerous night and day.  

Indoor cats are much more safe.

So much out there to hurt of kill your cat.

You should take your cat out on a harness! That's a happy compromise.
