PLEASE HELP

I know the title is dramatic but I'm in need of some help right now. My baby just got outside, (he's indoor only) and had a run in with a dog. He's ok for the most part but his back paws are covered in blood and it looks like he's missing nails. I tried to clean him up the best I could, and I'm going to wrap his feet but my mind is just blank. I'm in shock and my heart broke into a million pieces seeing my baby bleeding.. What should I be doing? He won't move and is just laying on the kitchen floor. Understandably in shock and pain... Any advice please

What happened? Did you see the dog bite him? How long was he out of your sight?

Any kind of injury like this should be seen by a vet. Can you get him into his carrier and take him to the vet now? It would be a good idea to call ahead and let the vet know what happened and that you are bringing him in.

I didn't see any of it happen. My boyfriend was the one that was able to get him after a friend let him out. He wasn't out of his sight at any point, my best guess is from the pebbles/pavement.

Unless I pay triple for an emerg vet nothing is available until the morning. Hes been cleaned the best I could and his feet are wrapped up until the morning...

If it's just his paws his injuries probably aren't life threatening. He might be in shock though, so try to keep him somewhere dark and quiet until you can get him to the vet.
