My cat is spayed and started up heat again

My 3yr old cat was spayed in September, 2015 she started back up a few weeks after her surgery. She stopped in november 2015 ,Thought everything was good until today she started back up. I have called the place who did her surgery about this last year and they gave me run arounds, and today I called them back again and still the same run around. They first said it could be tissue that wasn't removed then they turn around and said it was a psychological disorder.And my cat is driving everybody nuts with her deep meows and its very persistent. I'm not sure if this is normal and is their anyway I can file a law suit against them? The other that also was also spayed along with her are perfectly fine

Sometimes a tiny bit of ovarian tissue gets missed and this makes them still go into heat. She'll need another surgery to try to find the missed bit. Try to get the vet who did the spay to re-do it at their expense. . .they're the ones who missed it after all.

UPDATE: I took my cat into my vet today. They were gonna do the RE-SPAYING. So the vet calls today and they did her surgery well come to find out she WAS NEVER SPAYED.they did blood work all major tests that is mandatory and she is healthy. The surgery was really successful. They also suggested me to get a hold of the humane society since they were the ones that set her up with an Appt to get her spayed in the first place the 1st time and notify them that they are paying money for animals that's not getting the spay/Neuter. So my regular vet took care of her

Well that's a surprise. At least you never had her around unneutered males or it would have been a BIG surprise :lol3:.

Exactly. A few females I have who are spayed now 3 of them had 7 kittens. That was a handful.
