Persian or Himalayan

Himalayans are pointed Persians. In some countries/registries, they're considered a color variation of Persian. In other countries/registries, they're considered a different breed. So, yes, it would be accurate to call him a Himalayan.

This guy was left to us in my father-in-laws will. I thought he was Persian but today at vet a lady called him a flame point Himalayan.
I want to add re yours pointed persions / the himalayan - with that face and looks he must be purebred.   Suitable certificates or not.   Its not the common "verdict"; he  has probably an Ancestor,  granddad or perhaps even a parent.      HE must have had both parents modern persians.

Well according to my father-in-law he was a rescue so we have no papers on him. Now I'm confused...lol...to be or not to be Persian is the question here then [emoji]128514[/emoji]
