How and when do they start using the litter box? I have a small tupperware box in with them, but so far it's just a toy to them lol!

Kittens usually learn to use the litter box at the same time that they are weaning to solids. It's probably too soon yet.

It may be the start of an URI. If so, you'll want to start him on an antibiotic.

I did. Our vet gave me enough for all of them just in case!

I don't know what is going on now,but momma cat is being super aggressive towards my young cat now! There has been no problem between them until today. They are separated right now. I only have so many rooms! Why would this be happening now?

When do kittens start showing interest in food? ;) I've tried a few times, and they run the other way!

Yours are 5 weeks now. It should be soon. Many kittens are not ready until 6 weeks. Once they start though, they usually take to it quickly. You'll be amazed at how much they eat once it starts. [emoji]128522[/emoji]

They are drinking water now! :) I had to completely separate them and momma cat this weekend. I had them in a big play pen in my daughter's room for awhile, but every time I would open the door momma cat would go flying out and attack Kib and Rosie. So,now they are in my son's old room we had made in half of our garage. Much better! And momma cat is getting spayed next week.
