I am pretty sure this kitten I am going to be getting is a Ragdoll. What do you guys think? If she is what kind of coat/color is she considered?

Welcome to the site! Your kitten could be any of several Oriental breeds or a long-hair variation of them. She looks very fluffy. Someone will pop up with the answer for a specific breed.

She certainly could be a ragdoll, but I'm not an expert. Is she a rescue? Where did you get her?
The person found her with a collar on, about 2 weeks I think, and no one has replied to her found ads so she reds to rehome her

She certainly is beautiful, and you won't have a problem finding a home for her. A kitten that size couldn't have been far from home, so maybe your friend should knock on some doors.

Welcome to this terrific site. What a gorgeous kitten, post some more pics of her. She looks like a long haired blue  color point. Someone here probably will know more, with further pics.Let us know what happens with her.

Ragdoll maybe?

Rule of thumb though--no papers = domestic (insert length of hair here).

Definitely a color point though--maybe lilac or blue?

True! :lol3: But when we say "domestic" in this setting we just mean no purebred background, like the vast majority of cats. Veryvery few cats have any kind of purebred background at all.

Now, all pointed cats are descended from the original Siamese, that's the only place the pointed gene comes from. So you could call any pointed cat a "Siamese mix" and technically it would be true ;). But the last purebred Siamese in the bloodline could be 100 years ago, no way to tell. That kitty, because she was wearing a collar, obviously belonged to somebody (have they put up posters, called animal control and the local shelters, posted on found pet websites? It would be a shame to steal her from somebody who loves her), so she could be purebred or part purebred. She doesn't seem quite fluffy enough to be Ragdoll but maybe a mix. It might be easier to tell when she gets older.

Its not so little odd to let out a small kitten with just a collar on not supervised...   I wonder was it a normal collar, or a flea collar?

Willowy has a nice post.

She is super fluffy and feels like bunny fur. Thanks for the history! I had no idea. Unfortunate for whoever the person was. I have no clue what type of collar it was, she never showed/gave it to me just the kitten

(I am assuming it was pricey or never there.)

I have no clue
I never saw the collar she didn't show it to me or give it to me with her. She was selling her super cheap on CL and I didn't want her to get picked up by a bad intention person,

Personally she is way to pretty for outside. Plus they were in a nice area of Irvine (frequents coyotes)
