Just wanted to introduce myself and my kitties! My name is Monty and I'm an Italian-American man from Brooklyn with two cute and cuddly, albeit chaotic and crazy, kittens of four and half months named Guido & Nubia (Guido is a cute tuxedo with white paws, neck, and belly and his sister Nubia is all black with a dark brown undercoat that gives her the appearance of a sleek, sable fur coat). We recently lost two of our beloved family members who were both approaching their 19th year on this planet and within 4 months of each other (GiGi passed in October of 2015 and her brother Romeo died this past February). While they could never be replaced, neither in the flesh nor in spirit, the recent addition of these two cuddly furballs has been a welcome distraction from the daily sadness and melancholy that grief and mourning mercilessly bring as darkly persistent companions. I hope the attached picture is clear as it captures the playfulness and love that these cute little balls of fur evoke! Hope to be around here awhile with humorous - and other - updates on the progress of these two indoor, inner-city dwellers! Thanx for having us! PS - Sorry I couldn't post the picture; not that I didn't try, in several formats and sizes, but once I do get the hang of it, I hope to post as many as I can, since you'd have to be made of stone not to enjoy the freeze-frames which capture some intimate moments in the lives of these two positively lovable balls of fur!
