Hi everyone :wavey:

Another easy question today ...........

What did you have for breakfast this morning ? :D

I can't eat first thing in the morning, so I take fruit or something to work to eat mid morning.
But I did have a cup of tea when I first got up & then a glass of apple juice before I left for work ;)

Half a large Iced Coffee/skim milk and 1 egg on a whole wheat English Muffin - and an itty bitty bit of cheese on it.

I can't eat when I wake up either.  Weekdays I wait until I'm at work which is 3 hours later than I get up. Including my coffee because I have a long commute and like, no bathrooms I'd want to go in lol.

Weekends, it's at least an hour.

Except coffee. Weekends coffee comes before everything!

I'm usually up for a little bit before I eat breakfast.  I get things done better that way.  But I've found I eat less during the day if I have an actual breakfast.

I had a lemon-blueberry bagel and a bowl of sliced strawberries.

Coffee, toast with peanut butter, cottage cheese and an orange.  It's what my diet plan told me to eat.

I had a cup of coffee for breakfast, and another for lunch.  I think I'd better go eat before my glucose levels bottom out and I'm on the floor.

Gravy, biscuit, scrambled egg whites and turkey bacon. A healthier variation of my favorite meal. Today's version was under 350 calories more than half of what I used to eat.

A bowl of cereal and some milk. That and something easy on the tummy like a muffin or cookie are all I can handle after getting out of bed. I did have a breakfast bar 2 hours later when I got to work.

Today is a really bad day for me to answer this because someone had a birthday at work, but I had a cupcake and two cookies with my coffee.

I was bad.  I had a sausage, egg, cheese croissant in the freezer and I thawed and heated that up for breakfast.  I buy a box of those and keep them in the freezer.  I don't have one every morning but sometimes that is what I really want instead of something healthier.

I had one cup gluten free Corn Chex with 1/2 cup 2% milk. On top I sliced 1/2 banana. Of course I had my regular 2 cups of coffee. But I have that before breakfast.
