Email notification linked me to adware/malware?

Just a quick heads up and question bc I received an email notification but when I hit "see post", I was immediately redirected from TCS. Curious if others having this issue.

Thanks for reporting (and for the PM). I think it's extremely unlikely that anyone would be running a phishing scheme directed at TCS. Fake emails are a phishing tactic where hackers shoot out emails which appear to be from large respectable companies. They usually go for things like Google, Yahoo, Ebay, Paypal etc. These are companies with such a huge user base, it's likely that at least some of the recipients will have an account with them and might be fooled by the phishing link. Unfortunately, TCS is way too small for anyone to randomly email people hoping they might have an account here.

That said, I do want to fully investigate, of course, so if anyone gets a suspected email, please forward it to me at [email protected]. Thanks!
