Good Morning.
Happy Saturday.

If you had an extra hour every day what would you do with it?

I'm always so busy. I don't know why as I don't have any children and I work less than 40 hours a week, but even though I go flat out from the moment I get up to the moment I go to bed again I never seem to get everything done in a day.

If I had an extra hour I'd probably spend it studying. I've been neglecting my Japanese recently, but I took an online lesson yesterday and it was really fun. I'm going to try and set aside a bit of time to study every day from now on.

Another thing I'd like to do is start running again. I need to get myself some new running shoes and then build up my stamina again. I used to be able to run for an hour, I think I need a bit of practice to get back to that level.

Now that I think of it, if I had an extra hour every day it would be quite nice to spend it sleeping.

How about you, what would you do with your extra hour a day?

If I had an extra hour where I actually had some energy, I'd definitely spend it doing yoga. I really need to get back to regular practice again.

An extra hour without energy would likely be spent sleeping!

I'd learn another musical instrument or foreign language. At least this is my intention, which reminds of New Year's resolutions. What I'd do in practice is another matter, and would probably be what I'm doing already, only more of it.

I'm leaning toward sleep too, especially during the week. But if it was "with energy" as one person stated... not sure. Maybe I'd actually practice guitar finally!

Definitely sleep during the week. The cats have been waking me up once or twice in the middle of the night for their wet food, every night, and lots of days it's exhausting. I feel like I have to feed them when they're hungry since neither of them are healthy. Of course I tried an auto feeder for wet food and they're too spoiled for that.

I'm retired so I really don't need an extra hour a day.  Since you asked though, I would probably spend it catching up on a movie or program I had recorded or continue reading my latest book.

an extra hour? Try to cook healthy meals and do some kind of workout. I feel crappy when I don't workout. I love to eat. Junk food. Nightly. Got to cut that crap out. I would either sleep or workout. Or play with my cats some more :) I work every day so I am on limited time home...the days I don't work I rarely leave the house which drives my SO up a wall...I work/drive etc daily and sometimes I just want to be a hermit...and play online :)

Also retired...but I would probably use it researching for a legal issue I'm thinking of taking on in the fairly near future.

as soon as i read this question, i knew exactly what i'd do with an extra hour every day!

i'd do what i many/most days don't find the time to do, which is to either watch some tv shows/movie, read a book, or play some computer games.

Yes, I'd love to start doing yoga again. I haven't done it for about a month now.

So yoga, a run, a Japanese lesson and a nap. I'm going to need a 28 hour day.

I'd love an extra hour a day to just sit and read. I've been neglecting my bookshelf lately
I've read all my books so many times. I really need to get some more. It's just kind of expensive to get books in English over here.
