Okay, so I'm not that big on chocolate to tell you the truth, but I do prefer dark chocolate or semi-sweet chocolate. I don't like anything real sweet anymore.
If I have a choice between chocolate cake and white cake, I'll go with white every time. I can resist the chocolate and not think anything of it, but harder to do with white cake (and white icing).
no chocolate for me, it's the caffeine i don't want/need.
i did order a 1 lb bag of sweetened carob chips today though. i love carob on it's own, not as a chocolate substitute. i plan on making oatmeal carob chip cookies!
There is nothing wrong in this world that chocolate does not improve. Dark is best, then white, then milk. But any chocolate is better than no chocolate at all.
If it's by itself (nothing in it, no nuts or anything) I prefer dark. If it's got stuff, then prefer milk chocolate. I don't like white chocolate. That's not really chocolate anyway
