Hi everyone :wavey: ;)

Today's question is about how punctual you are, so .......................

Do you normally arrive early, on time or late ?

I hate to be late for any appointments, so I always end up arriving much earlier than I need to. :D

I'm always early.

Frankly, people who are always late are very selfish. They care more about themselves than they do other people by making them wait all the time. I think It's very rude and condescending toward others. I will wait for somebody once. That's it. My time is important, too.

I can't drive. I have severe anxiety and PTSD that prevents me from functioning emotionally well behind the wheel of a car. Hopefully one day, with enough treatment, I will be able to once more, but for now, I have to have someone drive me places... And that someone is usually my mother. My mother is always late. Lol. I love her to death, but I can just picture her moping around her house for a little while and then suddenly jumping up at the last minute. She is even known in my family as the 'Cinderella Arrival' person. Always just late enough to make people wonder where she is. It makes me think she does it on purpose. Hehehe. (Don't tell her I said that.) [emoji]128569[/emoji][emoji]128569[/emoji][emoji]128569[/emoji]

Early.  In fact, if I don't arrive at least 10 minutes before I'm supposed to be somewhere, I get anxious and feel as though I am late.

I'm always late :anon:. Or I might skid in at the last second. I promise I don't do it on purpose! I'm not trying to be rude or condescending :(. Apparently I have poor time management skills and am also forgetful and a little ditsy :lol3:. I swear I don't know how some people manage to always be early/on time; something always happens to make me late. So if I absolutely cannot be late, I'll end up leaving an hour early, and then nothing happens and I'll be sitting around for 45 minutes with nothing to do, but if I leave "on time", something will happen! Every time! Gah.

When I worked I was always a little early, never late.  Now I am the same with Dr. appointments or any other places I need to be, I am still early or right on time.

We try to be early or on time for Dr. appointments but they make us wait all the time and that really makes me mad.  My sister once told her Dr. after waiting an hour to see him, "I know your time is precious, but so is mine".  I totally agree with her.

I'm always early also. I get too anxious if I'm delayed.

At worst, I'm on time. To the second.

I usually arrive at work right on the dot.  I know I should break the habit and get there five or ten minutes early.  I usually arrive for appointments 5 minutes before or right at the scheduled time.

I admit it is my fault, and I may be selfish to some, but I also work 9-5 full-time then drive to another job 6 to whenever.   I never have a full day off.  I feel like I am always on a roller coaster.  I have not taken a true vacation since 2000, because of taking care of my dad 24/7 and since he passed, working like crazy to just get by.  So when I get home at 11pm ( or later during the holidays),  my laundry needs to be done, I want to spend time with Speedy, I need to wind down, pay bills, etc.  Because I only have cold water in my house, things take a little longer getting ready in the morning during these cold winter months.  I do not ask anyone for help.

If I ever made anyone wait for me, I would apologize and never put them through that again.  If I am late, to work or wherever, it is my own doing.

I remember taking care of my dad, who was totally disabled and could not walk, talk or get himself ready.  He had many appointments and I don't know how I got him in the car and to the appointment except by the grace of God.  I am so thankful to the doctors and nurses who understood if we were a few minutes late, especially in the bad weather.

I do not get nervous if I have to wait for a doctor.  I tell myself I might have to wait more than an hour.  They are always faced with something they do not expect.

I used to be the right on time or about five minutes late person. But now that I am with my bf I am the way early person because he is. He gets up two hours before work and gets there at least 30 minutes before. He likes itbecause he likes to get his stuff ready before he starts. He works in a freezer driving a fork lift.

I arrive on right on time unless it's an event where I know it will be difficult to get a seat. For church on Easter Sunday, you have to be there 30 minutes early!

I'm usually early. The only times I was late to school is when my  friend's mom stopped because a dog had been hit by a car and was dying. She didn't want to leave her alone while she died so she waited for animal control to get the dog. It was very sad.

And the time I was late to the shelter was when my dog, Rocky died that morning. And I couldn't have called off because it was just me and my co-worker that Sunday. I was glad I was cleaning dog kennels that day and we were closed to the public. So those are the only times I have been late.

I'm usually early to my doctor appointments too but they are usually late.

I am usually early.  If I am just on time or a little late it's because something, usually heavier than usual traffic, used up the cushion that I give myself.

I'm either late or early. I absolutely HATE being late, but sometimes my body just won't cooperate, no matter how much time I've allowed :sigh: :disa:

Before I got sick, I was almost always early or on time, unless public transport or traffic let me down.
