Yeah, maybe a bit more wet food, and maybe replace a bit of her dry food with wet incase the fullness of being pregnant is making it harder to digest the solid (such as if that's the reason she threw up). If buying more wet food is getting pricey (some of the best brands are not so cheap around here, for sure), then check the cat nutrition section of the forum here for meals you can cook her. It's way less expensive and I get a lot more food out of it, when I cook for my growing boy. Something as simple as boiling a chicken breast can push her forward and cost half as much as a can of wet food! This forum is just great, and the people are awesome. [emoji]128158[/emoji]

We feed her fancy feast wet food and the vet said start giving her a can of wet a day and leave some hard in her bowl with kmr on too of it to its mushy the thing I've been doing wrong is I wasn't mixing the kmr with her food I had it in a separate bowl and she would Ddrink it now I know to mix it instead

A separate bowl of kmr should be fine too. I don't think you were doing anything wrong, though I do think more wet food would be helpful. She also needs constant access to food.

They do tend to have discharge before labor, but it's not usually brown. Is it just those tiny spots?

How is she acting?

It sounds like she is in labor. Try to stay with her, but it could be awhile still. She's probably in pain from contractions, so she's meowing to tell you about it. Poor baby!
